1.Take off the two plastic lids.
2.Rotate the upper plastic cover with anticlockwise then fill the salt into the chamber. Next
use the same way to fill the pepper.
3.Rotate the upper and underneath plastic cover anticlockwise to close the grinder.
4.Rotate the upper plastic part clockwise to grind salt and the underneath part to grind pepper.
5.Adjust the upper knob to get the fine or coarse salt and underneath knob to get the fine or coarse pepper.
