1. Take off the clear cap. 

2. Rotate the rose gold lid to open the grinder.

3. Fill the glass chamber with seasonings and rotate to close the grinder. 

4. Reverse the grinder and rotate the underneath plastic part to start grinding.

5.Adjust the knob underneath to get the fine or coarse seasonings.
